Hello! We are Corinna Weinmiller and Felix Heimberg. Although we are twins, we have taken very different professional paths, and today, we combine the knowledge from two worlds: sustainability and communication. 

At findig GmbH, we support you in designing and implementing sustainability strategies tailored to your goals and the regulatory requirements of your organization. We always keep your economic perspective in mind and work with you to implement the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) – from mapping your value chain to materiality analysis and implementing the ESRS standards.

With more than 18 years of experience in sustainability and purchasing at the world's largest food company, Corinna has extensive practical knowledge in developing and implementing global sustainability strategies and projects. Thereby, her focus is on climate change and biodiversity – two of the most pressing global challenges of our time.

Felix is your point of contact when it comes to solving tricky communication tasks and effectively reaching an audience – for example, when it comes to explaining complex sustainability issues to employees in a simple manner and getting them excited about them. With more than ten years of experience in consulting on change topics, Felix has implemented extensive projects in the energy and industrial sectors. His heart beats for the development of communication content, the moderation of programs and events as well as coaching for stage and camera.

Polymundo AG

Polymundo AG is a network of transformation experts for sustainability, modern leadership and culture in companies.

This triad creates real transformation. As sustainability experts with decades of experience in the field of CSR, they not only know how to initiate the journey but also how to implement and anchor it in companies in a targeted manner. Their work is currently focused on CSRD, and they are already supporting many companies in the implementation of the new reporting standards (ESRS).

Founding member Prof. Dr. Christopher Stehr was already a co-initiator of the “Heilbronner Erklärung zur gesellschaftlichen Verantwortung des Mittelstands in der Wirtschaft” (the first CSR commitment by 11 companies in Germany) back in 2012. Meanwhile, Polymundo AG developed the “SIS model”, a holistic implementation guide for CSR/CSRD, which is already in use in many companies.

Stefan Hendriks

Together with Stefan Hendriks, an economist at the University of Cologne, we developed the Supply Chain Spend Cube and the coaching project for sustainable transformation in global supply chains. 

With 30 years of industry and consulting experience in Europe, North America and Asia, as well as his passion for operational excellence, Stefan Hendriks helps clients from the automotive, retail/FMCG, pharma & biotech, mechanical and plant engineering, and telecommunications sectors define their operational strategy and take their business to the next level. His expertise lies in the areas of strategic and operational management along the value chain, sustainability coaching in end-to-end (E2E) supply chain management, as well as process development and transformation. 

In particular, his consulting experience in the context of restructuring purchasing and supply chain departments; setting up new organizational structures, E2E processes and their implementation as part of the change management process; the development and implementation of global supply chain strategies; and the sustainable implementation of a coaching concept for the strategic orientation of companies in terms of sustainable supply chains supports our clients in successfully mastering the transformation required by the increasing tightening of legal regulations for sustainable supply chains to secure the future of the company.
